Thank you for visiting the website. As you are here then there is a good chance that, like us, you are interested in the canal system that plays & has historically played a huge part in making the Midlands what it is today.

The aim of this site is to offer a service that everyone can draw upon in planning a canal trip, either by boat, on foot or even just a day out to visit one of the host of attractions, pubs, shops, or business' along the canal side.

Although in very early days yet, we hope with your help, to be able to compile a full guide of 'what's where', 'is it good', 'what does it sell / provide / aim to do', 'how do we get to it' and so on and so forth.

If you have a canal side company, know a lovely stretch of canal that you love to walk, have some photos of an area that you'd like to post up or know of a particularly troublesome stretch and you think that other canal users may find it of interest then;

For individuals & non-profit making organisations we will also host low cost advertising, promotion and try to help you build what ever it is that you are trying to achieve through this web site.
